1. COOPERATE WITH DOMESTIC SHRIMP PROCESSING COMPANIES
Cooperate with shrimp processing companies that have experience in the frozen shrimp business, which is CV. Lintas Samodra Mandiri ( CV. LSM ) in Makasar.
Our Company has a Sales and Purchase Agreement with CV. LSM as provider of frozen Vannamei shrimp products and markets them to overseas markets.
2. COOPERATE WITH DOMESTIC SHRIMP TRADERS
Apart from cooperating with shrimp processing companies, we also cooperate in marketing with PT. Wee Jaya Kusuma who have supply seafood's products to HORECA in Singapore and other overseas markets.
Bearing in mind that if the shrimp commodity is not handled properly it will suffer damage and decay.
Large number of independent shrimp pond farmers whose production is abundant, we plant to invite investors both from within the country and abroad who are willing to work with PT. SMP to build a processing Plant.
The shrimp processing facilities include cold storage, laboratory and integrated shrimp feed processing facilities, so as to create added value from PT. SMP’s shrimp business.
In Special Region of Yogyakarta, we also have a poultry farm that produces chicken eggs.
Our market is traditional markets and also has regular customers, the average sale of eggs is 2,000 kg per day.
In line with the current economic situation improving and to expand our market share, we plan to add another 4 units chicken coops, with a population of around 5,000 chickens.
Currently, the number of chickens in our poultry farm is 10,000 chickens..
